LOST ISLAND WATERPARK – WATERLOO, IOWA

We planned and constructed the South Pacific themed Lost Island Waterpark utilizing Fijian architecture, customer designed fountains, a giant Banyan Tree with water slides, an outdoor BBQ restaurant, and a 13,000 square foot wave pool.

FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX-KANAHOE, HAWAII

36 Hole Mini-Golf Course, complete with waterfalls, landscaping, lighting, fencing and central plaza. Complex includes bumper boat pond, batting cages with coin operated machines, picnic area with gazebos, concession building, storage area, and restrooms.

MYOSAN BONG RESORT AND PARK – SOUTH KOREA

Designed master plan for large mixed use resort, condominium, and theme park complex on the island of Cheju in Korea. A monorail was planned for to connect the main hotel plaza and golf course with the seaside resort and aquarium.

 TERRA VERDE ECO-RESORT-PALOWAN, PHILLIPINES

We designed a 1,100 acre Eco-Resort on Palowan in the Philippines. The plan included a 300 room resort, floating glass bottom restaurant, ocean study classrooms, water-sports center, water taxi service, and ecological schools for the preservation of the environment

Indoor Entertainment Park with 9 hole miniature golf course, skate park, batting cages, and 21 foot 3-D climbing wall with 5 self belaying stations.
